Write great copy
Be reliable - get work in on or ahead of time
Be professional and friendly
Be proactive, make suggestions to improve your client’s business (get’s you more work in any case)
Form relationships
Overdeliver
Become an irreplaceable part of your client’s extended team
Oh, and people like dealing with people - that will never change.
Whether you’re replaced by a machine or not, well that’s really up to you!
